Under the concept of its founders, The laboratory of taste, located in the territory of the East-West company distributor center in Zrkrnograd, should be a powerful educational and consulting tool for ambitious young cooks, and for the real experts of culinary arts which are in process of constant creative search for perfection in manufacturing methods. In May, 2007, the International Union of the Call-centers (ICCU) made an examination of customer services of the leading European companies. According to the results of work of the evaluating commission the East-West company received the highest mark and entered the top 30 best Call Centers of the Eastern Europe companies.
