Traditional Italian Desserts and Pastry Master Classes in Moscow

Vostok-Zapad GC invites confectionary production and HoReCa segment professionals to Traditional Italian Desserts and Pastry Master Class hosted together with the IRCA Company (Italy).

The master class agenda includes demonstration of classic Italian desserts’ cooking, new options for use of the ingredients familiar to the Vostok-Zapad clients and new items of the confectionary production by the pastry professionals and chocolatiers of IRCA Company Marco De Grada and Angelo De Palo.

Free bus for the master class participants shall depart from the Rechnoy Vokzal subway station to the Laboratory of Taste at 11:00. The bus from the Laboratory of Taste to the Rechnoy Vokzal subway station shall depart at 16.00
