East-West at the exhibition ProdSib 2010 in Novosibirsk
Siberian federal district is one of the most promising and interesting from the viewpoint of development of markets of confectionery and catering industry, in which East-West started to work opening its branch there in August, 2010.
From November 30 to December 3, East-West took part in one of the most representative and major specialized food exhibitions of Siberia — ProdSib 2010 in Novosibirsk.
At booth of the company main types of production were presented for HoReCa segment, and ingredients for confectionery. Visitors were attracted by the chilled premium marbled beef and veal, which are produced in Australia, fresh-frozen vegetables ARDO
and also confectionary ingredients Zeelandia
Following the tradition of holding open business events for its partners, Vitaliy Tsukanov, the chef of East-West, gave a master class on such themes as Australian marbled beef and veal: tradition of cooking and Lamb meat of New Zealand: new view of classical cuisine. He also presented the branch of the company in Novosibirsk.
