East-West Company at the exhibition Food Industry 2010
East-West became a participant of Food Industry 2010, the largest special exhibition held in the Krasnodar region April 15 to 17.
The company’s display presented the main products of HoReCa segment, including marbled beef, lamb and mutton produced in Australia and New Zealand, seafood, poultry and ARDO frozen vegetables.
The exhibition business program included workshops held by Vitaly Tsukanov, a chef at East-West on the following subjects: American and Australian marbled beef — barbecue and grill traditions; Optional parts of marbled beef — reducing the cost of dishes; and Lamb and mutton — a new look at traditional cuisine. He also made a presentation to visitors of a new Krasnodar branch of East-West company.
Over 5,500 people visited the exhibition within its three days of work, including 200 professionals — restaurant keepers and retail traders — who visited workshops and East-West’s display. This is a good outlook for the development of the company’s branch, considering its preliminary agreements and future company’s plans of operation in the region.
East-West’s objectives include the dynamic development of its branch in Krasnodar. The company offers over 3,500 product items covering 80% of demand in HoReCa of its customers. One of the most important priorities of the company is a high level of service which the company’s customers may always count on.
