An individual seminar for regional partners
An individual master-class for chefs of leading restaurants of Tver city, Moscow region and Tver region will be held in the Laboratory of Taste East-West on December 4. The workshop will be given by an executive chef of the Laboratory Roman Burtsev.
The master-class covers two main topics. The first part devoted to marble meat will start from the comparison of features of grain-fed beef production in two largest countries exporting this delicacy - Australia and USA. Roman will tell about the technologies of livestock feeding and breeding applied in these countries. A special attention will be paid to existing classifications of meat, its categories and distinctions on different continents.
The second part is planned as a conversation about lamb and mutton meat of New Zealand and Australian production. Our company takes a legitimate pride in a variety of these products, which is the biggest in the market. Roman will examine breeding features and feeding trends, which provide the taste distinctions of meat produced in different countries.
Besides theoretical and reference information about the product, Roman will share his ideas of marble meat, lamb and mutton dishes with guests.
