East-West ompany at PIR exhibition, October 1-4

"PIR. Hospitality industry" is the largest exhibition dedicated to HoReCa in Russia and Eastern Union and is considered a significant event for the restaurant market. There are more than 40000 visitors from Moscow, different regions of Russia, as well as from former Soviet republics and non-CIS countries. In 2008 the exhibition "PIR. Hospitality industry" was held in halls 12, 13 and 14 of pavilion 3 in the International Exhibition Center Crocus Expo. The display area is 52000 sq.m. Expositions are provided by over 700 companies.



The East-West ompany participates again in this spectacular business event and presents various activities. This year guest stars and corporate chefs of East-West Company will give master-classes.




  • Glen Ballis chef of the restaurant Nedalny Vostok, one of the companies owned by Arkady Novikov. He will present various dishes, both hot and cold, cooked with marbled beef and veal of Australian origin.


  • Karl Fiederle representing Pritchitts company, one of the largest British manufacturers of dairy products. He will show advantages of vegetable and dairy cream Millac Gold and will cook sauces, soups, desserts using this cream.


  • Roman Burtsev and Vitaly Tsukanov chefs of the Laboratory if Taste. They will cook dishes cooked with marbled beef, veal, lamb, mutton and sea products of the company East-West.
