Roman Burtsev gives series of master-classes in Irkutsk

East-West company Roman Burtsev
gave series of master-classes on topic "Marbled meat" for chefs, restaurant-keepers and purchasing specialists of the largest restaurants of Irkutsk city. These master classes were given as a part of the strategy for extension of knowledge about marbled beef and improvement of the East-West company image in Irkutsk.
Roman compared features of the marbled meat production in Australia and USA, technologies of livestock feeding and breeding applied in these countries. A special attention was paid to existing classifications of meat, its categories and distinctions on different continents. After theoretical part guests were presented various dishes of marbled beef of Australian and American production, so the visitors had a chance to compare the tastes and give own estimates.
Besides, guests were offered to participate in practical part of the class where the process of meat cooking was examined.
Master classes held on September 11 and 12 were visited by over 40 representatives of different organizations, including famous restaurants of the city: Kabuki, Swifts, Gentle bulldog, Wasabi, Вier-haus and many others.
