Yury Rozhkov, the chef of Vogue Café restaurant, gave a master-class

On June 4 in the laboratory of taste East-West Yury Rozhkov, the chef of Vogue Café restaurant, gave a master-class dedicated to dishes cooked from Australian marbled beef in summer menu.

Yury presented three recipes from the summer menu of Vogue Café and two recipes created specially for this master-class. The event was organized like a dialog: Yury shared his ideas and experience and asked colleagues how to lend variety to suggested tastes. The guests could taste any dish.

Heat-treating of most dishes cooked during the master class was minimized. Yuri explained that Australian beef is of very high quality and absolutely safe, and he prefers it himself. During the master class the chef used Australian marbled beef Oakey and Wingham produced by Nippon Meat.

During a break a tour through a storage complex of the «East-West» company was organized for guests and everybody could have a look where offloaded goods are stored. Many cooks had the opportunity to compare brand-new products and known types of meat.
