Master-class of Yury Rozhkov on the 4-th of June.
4th June, 2008 another "star" master-class will take place in the Laboratory of taste of the East-West Company, in Zelenograd. This time it will be the master-class of Yury Rozhkov, the head chef of one of Arkady Novikovs most famous restaurants, Vogue Café
. The subject of the above master-class is the introduction of dishes of Australian marble beef to summer menu.
Yury Rozhkov was born in Moscow on 12 November, 1970. In 1991 he worked as sous-chef at Pullman hotel. In two years he had become a cook at Palace Hotel, where within following four years he became a head chef of hotel fish restaurant Anchor.
Yury Rozhkov had been mastering his skills at the most fashionable Moscow restaurant of the nineties, Nostalgie
; at the same time he had been founding restaurants kitchen in Reporter. In 1996 he studied in France, at Le Notre
school and at the restaurant of Patrick Pages. In 1999 he underwent a study course in Sweden, in Edsbaka Krog
restaurant (2 stars of Michelin). From 2001 to 2003 he worked as a head chef of a Mediterranean restaurant Le Cologne
. Since 2003 Yury has been an eternal head chef of Vogue cafe
. In 2004 he underwent a study-course in restaurants of the famous British cook Gordon Ramsay, in London.
Author of book «Yury Rozhkov. The things I love».
Has a title «Chevalier-knight of French gastronomy».

Free bus for the guests runs from metro station «Rechnoy vokzal» at 11 a.m.
