BBQ Battle from partners of Unilever Food Solutions

The manager team from the Sales department of «East-West» leveled up their culinary skills at BBQ Battle positive-minded event while paying a visit to Unilever.

The new line of Hellmann’s sauces was presented in a playful way on the emotional wave of creativity and interaction with colleagues: competition between manager teams in cooking culinary masterpieces.

Anna Sorokina, senior sales manager:
«This was a fascinating process and tasting of the new sauce line — a „real“ mayonnaise, honey mustard and barbecue sauces — which will definitely remain in memory. Some theory about the new products in the range, and my colleagues and I started cooking the „Dream burger“. Teamwork is always a search for mutual understanding and an opportunity to better get to know each other, find a common language and ways to achieve common goals. There was a very useful team building event in an unusual format — we’ve got a lot of positive emotions evoked through interaction within the team and work with products».

Over two days of these activities, the sales employees have been cooking culinary masterpieces from high-quality ingredients and evaluated the skills of their colleagues, tasted burgers and voted for the team which managed to achieve harmony of taste and beautifully serve their burger to potential guests, coming up with the most attractive story behind the dish they created.

«It is truly a non-typical way to introduce partners to new products in the range. We interacted directly with the product, developed together both the recipe and ideas on how to serve a dish „tastily“, how to surprise with the history of its creation. This is almost a ready-made case for sales professionals — involvement in the process and creative approach ensure that such presentation of the product won’t go unnoticed and the customers will enjoy it.»
