Energy of cooperation: "East-West" Master class and Electrolux


Krasnodar hosted a Hawaiian-style summer master class which united Electrolux, the manufacturer of professional equipment, HoReCa Flute, the company into equipping the market segment facilities, and «East-West» in a VIP masters international cooking school.

The summer is in full swing, and we have decided to sum up the season’s interim results and organize a master class for restaurants on modern trends of cooking meat, fish and desserts. The Krasnodar-held masterclass presented new assortment to our partners — ideal coatings from Kerry, DaVinci syrups, Ravifruit fruit purees, and, of course, a timeless classic high-quality Italian chocolate and confectionery ingredients from IRCA.

Alexander Samoylov, a corporate chef from Krasnodar: «We were trying to make such a program for the master class so as to show strengths of each product and different cooking options for menus of different food-serving places. We wanted to show how details can be important for food perception: interesting sauces, unusual serviсing of usual dishes — chicken, shrimp. For example, a beer set like this may dominate the menu of a craft bar — chicken wings stuffed with prawns and dorblu cheese in Kerry’s hot coating. A fish and seafood cooked in a sous-vide way will be juicy and will not lose a single drop of natural taste and aroma.»

Our chefs and technologists are certain that bright accents, mixed ingredients of different world cuisines can diversify the menu of any restaurant, help to promote foods and dishes, create culinary trends, promote image of a restaurant or a confectionery.
