Autumn in Russia is a traditional time of carrying out of food Industry exhibitions and fairs. Events aimed at professionals of any certain area, have their own characteristic features. But in any case it is a dialogue, an exchange of opinions and manufacturing ideas, it is a place for presenting innovations and creative solutions. The East-West Company, one of the largest and the most skilled players in the Foodservice market, annually participates in the most interesting and appreciable specialized events.

10-th anniversary international specialized exhibition «PIR. Hospitality industry 2007»

«PIR. Hospitality industry 2007» is the largest exhibition for Russia and the Eastern Europe in HoReCa market segment, a significant event for all the restaurant market. The number of its visitors exceeds 40.000 persons — from Moscow, regions of Russia, CIS and foreign countries. The exhibition will occupy a floor space of 35.000 sq.m. More than 500 companies have been registered for participation.

The East-West Company is traditionally participating in this bright business event, offering various programs and activities.

At the stand of the company there will be spent master-classes with participation of the invited stars, chief-cooks and confectioners of the Laboratory of taste of the East-West company, as in the past year:
  • Chris Taylor, one of the Australian grand chief-cooks, a multiple prize winner of continental and international contests of culinary arts, the Director and brand-chief of the Frasers gastronomic restaurant (Australia);
  • Alexander Zujkov, a winner of national contests of sushi-chiefs;
  • Roman Burtsev, a leading chief-cook of the laboratory of taste of the East-West company, a culinary consultant of the Academy of Culinary Arts in Bruxelles on «Russian cuisine» class;
  • Vitally Zukanov, chief-cook of the laboratory of taste of the East-West company;
  • Olga Butorina, a leading manufacturing confectioner of the laboratory of taste of the East-West company;
  • Maxim Saveliev, a manufacturing confectioner of the laboratory of taste of the East-West company.

13-th International Trade Fair for Bakery Equipment & Food Ingredients «Modern bakery 2007»

«Modern bakery» is the most attended Russian trade fair by bakery and confectionery experts. About 15.000 persons attend it annually.

The East-West Company stands during the last years have drawn attention of visitors of the exhibition due to their unusual decoration and a wide range of promo-actions.

The East-West Company has invited the most eminent European confectioners and bakers for participation in the exhibition. Matais Spiring and Martin Bax ( the Group Company Zeelandia), Karl Fidelay and Nicolas Gosselk (Pritchitts) will took part in conferences, taking place in the symposium hall (pavillon 7.2, stand S.5).

XVI International Specialized Industrial Exhibition of Foodstuffs, Equipment and Food Industry Technologies

PRODSIB is one of the most representative and large exhibitions of the Siberian region. It traditionally unites specialized exhibitions of food stuffs, raw material and components for their manufacture PRODSIB, confectionery products SLADOSIB, hard and soft drinks BALMS of Siberia, ready meat products, raw material and the equipment for meat processing industry SIBBEKON, raw material, the equipment and technologies for the baking industry BAKERY of Siberia, the equipment for food and food-processing industries PRODMAS. The program includes seminars, round tables, master-classes, presentations, GOLD MEDAL of the SIBERIAN FAIR contest, tasting contest of food stuff, wine and distillery products.

At the East-West company stand will be presented novelty products, will be given thematic seminars and master-classes. More detailed information about the program will be given later.
