Master Class of Graham Brown dedicated to the new interpretation of venison dishes.


East-West Company holds cooking master classes with world famous chefs several times a year. The aim of such meetings is the improvement of the service level of restaurants, the development of premium products and the exchange of experience both among chefs and restaurateurs. On September 20, the cooking master class of well-known New Zealand chef Graham Brown shall be held; the master class is dedicated to the new interpretation of venison dishes.

In 1989, Graham was named a National Chef of New Zealand. In 1997, his team of chefs took dozens of gold and silver medals at the Culinary Olympics in Vancouver. More than 35 years of experience of work in famous restaurants and dozens of victories in world competitions for the title of the best chef allowed Graham to open his own cooking school to prepare true professionals.

At his master class Graham Brown will talk about the benefits of New Zealand venison CERCO, share his secrets of fowl cutting and demonstrate techniques of high cuisine.

The program includes:
  • venison wrapped in Parma ham and cabbage with chestnuts,
  • smoked venison with roasted marshmallow,
  • venison stroganoff,
  • venison gyoza.

During the tasting, guests of our master class will enjoy new dishes prepared by the master of high cuisine and discover venison all over again.
