A new conceptual line in the product range of East-West Group — More than 1,000 products for facilities with Italian cuisine
Over 16 years, East West Group has been giving rise to fashion trends in gastronomy and haute cuisine. Through careful monitoring of the HoReCa market, carried out by its own Analytical Department, East-West Group is providing its customers with relevant products every day, always remaining a trend-making company.
To date, Italian cuisine is the most demanded of all areas of world cuisine. In this regard, in June 2012, East-West Group is opening a conceptual line of Italian products from the very heart of the Republic itself. The Italian product line includes over 100 traditional Italian food and more than 1,000 additional products. Before including any position into the product range, the expert group of East-West Group has reviewed the majority of commodity offers from 15 areas of Italy, selecting the best products of large enterprises and home farms. The selected products include meat and cheese gastronomy, olive oil, flour, pasta, rice, canned vegetables and fruits. The product line is designed for facilities serving Italian, European and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as facilities with seasonal menus and Chef Specials.
Both the established system of supplies from Italy and the ideal product storage conditions are the guarantors of the first-class service by East-West Group even in a technically complex area such as Italian cuisine.
