HoReCa Hospitality Industry Golf Cup 2011 Gold Tournament
On 15 July Vostok-Zapad GC has become a partner to the prestigious golf tournament for the HoReCa market professionals — Hospitality Industry Golf Cup 2011.
The tournament facilitated at the Tseleevo Golf and Polo Club attracted many famous and respected hoteliers and restaurant owners of Russia. President of the Pir Informational Project Ivan Merkulov, Vice-President of the Russian Hoteliers and Restaurateurs Federation Alexander Ivanov, representatives of such prestigious hotels as Swissotel, Kempinski, Heliopark, Vega Izmailovo, and MaMaison Pokrovka Suite Hotel and other professionals of the hospitality industry were spotted among the tournament participants and visitors.
At the stand-up party, prepared by the Chef of the Vostok-Zapad’s Laboratory of Taste and Chef of the House Project Rodion Besch, the guests have paid tribute to the meals cooked from the Australian marbled cereal grain fed beef and frilled vegetables by ARDO. Confectioners of the Laboratory of Taste Maxim Saveliev and Eugenie Uspensky offered unique handmade desserts and premium class Frutta Dolce ice-cream, which has been a sales hit in the desserts segment of Vostok-Zapad for several seasons.
