A manufacturing confectioner and baker of the East-West company Laboratory of taste
Now he is graduating from a higher school with a qualification of a food processing engineer. Before joining the East-West company he worked in the HoReCa sphere as a baker-confectioner. His employment history includes the hotel and restaurant National and the Mone-Kristo restaurant. He obtained a wide professional outlook in all of the basic spheres from confectionery process to bakery. He goes abroad for advanced training on a regular basis.
